LO SHUT tells TSAU-FUNG that Britain has ordered to fight against corruption. TUNG-PO wants LUNG-BIU to be the scapegoat. TSAU-NGAN asks CHO PAU to give LUNG-BIU a chance but CHO PAU wants to take action as soon as possible. TSAU-FUNG stops LUNG-BIU from returning to the police station.
