0Dr. Bubó is a short-eared owl who, after obtaining his medical degree with excellent qualifications , sets up his clinic inside an oak tree, where he heals the sick inhabitants of the forest with the help of his assistant - the nurse of the clinic - Nurse Ursula.

The river water is so polluted that it poisons the carp. The Sergeant tries to catch the polluters one by one, with little success. The Doc then decides to organize a song evening for public education purposes.

Sergeant is determined to fight against the increasing number of divorces, but the desire to divorce is not decreasing, but increasing. In response to the husbands' dissatisfaction, the doctor performs plastic surgery on the wives, and the forest ranger does his job with moral compasses.

As gambling addiction spreads, more and more people are gambling their pants off. The sergeant, along with his friend the doctor, are on the trail, but they are stuck due to a lack of evidence. The suspect is released so they can follow him.
