It's Bruno's birthday & new neighbours are moving in next door. Only problem is they turn up on motorbikes & Ted thinks they've come to cause trouble. Thel & Greta are looking out the window as the new neighbours are unloading their things from the truck. Ted tells them to come away from the window & start celebrating Bruno's birthday. Thel hands Bruno his gift from her & Ted spoils the surprise by telling Bruno what the gift is before he can open it. He does the same thing when Greta hands him her gift. The party is going no where, so Thel & Greta take some scones next door as a welcome to the neighbourhood gesture.
