Inspector Yukon of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police offered a huge iceberg to help replenished the city's water supply. Big Boss decides to steal the iceberg and hold it for ransom. The C.O.P.S. team must put a freeze on Big Boss' cold caper. But first, Sundown has to learn how to swim.
