Meanwhile, Profeta threatens Vitale with revealing compromising information about Sorrentino and Ciro De Rosa. Ciccone is warned that his cleaning lady may be involved in international drug trafficking. The key witness who could incriminate Profeta has disappeared. Vitale, suspended by Ricci for unconvincing answers, secretly investigates and discovers that the man is not in the hands of the Camorra. Vitale tells Sorrentino about Profeta's blackmail, and the young hawk decides to confront the boss directly.
