Kirstie's with retired painters and decorators Amanda and Annette, who want a spacious bungalow in a serene setting to suit their futureproofing needs. Meanwhile, Phil helps first-time buyers Danit and Rafi, who are after a one-bed flat close to the buzz of Brighton and Hove.
