Douma founded Camp Penuel on Lake Killarney in Ironton, MO, which has expanded to Camp Penuel East in Eldred,PA, and to Esparsa,Costa Rica. Camp Penuel works with service agencies and churches to enroll children ages 7-11 in their communities and neighborhoods. Each group is responsible for providing adults to live with the children during their stay.
