The sale of the house, for once not just about the money, starts a new rivalry against the sister-heirs, who must collaborate or all falls to the widow, while Michael van Cleef plays more games with Puck. Bram seizes the void to launch himself in 'taxation' (property estimation) but gets seduced by client Michelle and is threatened by her hostile ex Ron Zweers, who knows all about her siren tactics.
