Minnesota locals come out to Brainerd International Raceway to battle each other for $5,000 and these Midwesterners did not come to play; once only one remains, that racer goes against Daddy Dave for another $5,000.

Eight small-tire racers local to Oklahoma race each other for $5,000 before the winner takes on California race legend Boddie for another $5,000; when one racer's car breaks down in the finals, he must negotiate with the runner-up to take his place.

Local racers in Idaho race off for $5,000 in cash, and when the competition heats up, some favorites are knocked out early. The last racer standing goes up against Damon for another $5,000, but a tricky racetrack makes for a rough end to the night.

Colorado locals compete in the thin air at Bandimere Speedway and this field has some relatives of familiar faces; the last local standing goes up against Jeff Lutz to see who wins the cash prize and gets to call themselves king of the mountain.
