Having seen the peasants in Changsha City being oppressed by the local officers, MUI then confronted with them. Eventually she has been caught by the officers of LUI FEI-LUNG. SHEUNG agrees with the plan that proposed by MAN. He claims that he will pay 800,000 tael of silver for everyone’s freedom.
