Then, James Beard nominated Dale Talde takes on Chopped Legend Sara Bradley, and newcomer Claudette Zepeda battles Last Bite Hotel winner Nini Nguyen. In the last first-round battle, qualifier winner David Viana attempts to take down former TOC finalist Tobias Dorzon.
